Institutional modernisation and Environmental Management

Description of the project and Services provided:

The general objective of the Program was to "Support the National System of Environment". The Loan BID Nº 1300/OC-PR was aimed to support the establishment and the implementation of a modern institutional framework for the environmental management in Paraguay.

The services to be provided include:
• To actualize the inventory of the services rendered by the SEAM to the users;
• to Identify and to prioritize Macro processes from a perspective of customer services;
• to Redesign and standardized the processes and to establish the system of quality;
• to Define and to apply policies and procedures for the installation of  services; and
• to Design and to develop the processes of training and sensibilize the staff to make them adopt the change in The institutional culture of the SEAM.
