The general objective of the project to which this contract belongs is to: Contribute to the consolidation of peace, reconciliation and sustainable economic recovery in the eastern DRC through careful monitoring of ongoing actions.
The specific objectives of this contract are:
Objective 1: Contribute to the coordination and supervision of the implementation of programs in the eastern DRC to support the stakeholders.
Objective 2: Monitor rural development projects and tourism development in the eastern region, implemented under the Environmental Financing Agreement and Sustainability
Objective 3: Strengthen NAPs capacities to better monitor the construction / rehabilitation of priority infrastructures.
Objective 4: Logistical support to EU missions in the Eastern RDC.
