AESA has been awarded the contract: "Technical assistance for the improvement of the coordination function of the Ministry of Employment and Trade Union Relations to guarantee the implementation of the National Policy for the Occupation" in Ghana

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to inclusive growth in Ghana by strengthening social and employment protection systems in the nation.

The specific objective is to improve social protection services, in particular those concerning the most vulnerable population groups and to create decent work opportunities, with particular attention to youth.
