The project INPANDES (Integración Regional Participativa en la Comunidad Andina) is part of the ‘Estrategia Regional 2007-2013’.
The overall objective of the project INPANDES is to contribute to the Andean regional integration process for a sustainable development with the organized attendance of the civil society.
The purpose of this assignment is to realize a mid-term evaluation mission in order to define the current progress of the project.
This evaluation will furnish useful information to: a) globally evaluate the results of the project; b) formulate practical recommendations; c) propose new actions; d) evaluate the sustainability and the benefits of the intervention; e) evaluate in how much INPANDES project gave continuity to CESCAN I and CESCAN II projects; f) formulate the orientation for the management of regional projects of economic and social cohesion.
