On the 27th of Aril, the project kick-off meeting for AESA’s new “Technical Assistance and Support to the Beef and leather Value Chain Project” was carried out at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in Harare,Zimbabwe.
The meeting was attended by all of the key experts in the project team, representatives of the Ministry and AfDB.
The Project Director, Tommaso Spaini, presented AESA,its mission and its various implemented projects in the region and in other countries.
Mr . Paul Chatikobo, Project Team Leader, presented the main objectives, approach, and milestones of the project.
The project will work with the government of Zimbabwe who are firmly committed to develop creation of employment, income growth, poverty reduction and achieving inclusive growth.
