On the 08th of March 2018 was held in Managua the kick-off meeting for the project “Software acquisition for the automatization of the First Phase of the Monitoring and Planning System” in the framework of the ‘ Support to the Educational Sector in Nicaragua Programme’ funded by the World Bank.
Through this project AESA and its partners will provide the Nicaraguan Ministry of Education (MINED) with a Business Project Management Suite (BPMS) to better monitor and plan its daily activities.
The project, which will be executed over the next 6 months, has a total budget of USD 761,100.00.
The BPM platform is a tool to improve the management of the MINED around its processes, transversally, from beginning to end, replacing the traditional management and optimization by functional areas, more than 70 civil servants will be trained by the end of the project.
